The programme imparts detailed expertise in design, planning and project management and introduces students to integral planning including BIM – Building Information Modelling – from design to detailed planning. In practical courses the students will have the possibility to participate in Austrian architectural competitions or to deal with modular construction and demountable systems in building construction, for example. This enables you to include the life cycle of a building as well as disposal and recycling in the planning. In addition to the content focus on sustainable construction and the associated good career opportunities this degree programme offers numerous other advantages: you will learn in small groups, repeatedly in the context of interdisciplinary projects together with civil engineering students and benefit from the excellent universities of applied sciences network with well-known companies in the construction industry.
