Content and focus of the degree programme:

Real estate management includes the development, construction, financing, management and evaluation of buildings. The focus is on residential, office and special properties such as airports, shopping centres, hotels, hospitals and schools. As specialists in technology, business administration and management facility managers will assume tasks such as the maintenance of factory halls and technology or the planning and organisation of a company's logistics. Main contents of the degree programme: 25 % technological fundamentals of facility management & real estate management, 18 % expertise in economics & management, 23 % international skills (of which 10% economics and 4.5% social skills in an international context), 7 % social skills, 27 % practice transfer & bachelor’s thesis
