The master's programme in Quality and Process Management in Health Care prepares students professionally and didactically for a position in quality, process or risk management or as project managers and opens up new perspectives in health care institutions, the social and insurance sectors, and also in the relevant industry. At the beginning of the study programme the students will deal in detail with the methods of quality and process management and become familiar with the common instruments and tools in the disciplines mentioned. In the following semesters they will consolidate their professional skills in quality and process management and acquire the skills in project and risk management necessary for the intended field of work.
