Definition of the field of studies

The master’s programme in “Chemical and Pharmaceutical Engineering” links the scientific disciplines of Chemistry and Pharmacy with the engineering discipline of Chemical and Process Engineering. The required qualification profile of the complementary science for the education in the master’s programme in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Engineering is taught in compulsory modules. The qualification profile of this master’s programme enables graduates to prepare and work on assignments in the relevant discipline in research, development, planning and production processes in an integrative way and to analyse and specify special subject-related tasks for enhanced scientific processing in order to allow resources-optimised detailed processing by the specialists.
