Molecular Biosciences have gained increased significance because they deal with the molecular basics of biological processes. The bachelor’s course in Molecular Biosciences is offered by the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the Paris Lodron University Salzburg in cooperation with the Faculty of Engineering & Natural Sciences at the Johannes Kepler University Linz. It offers nationally and internationally competitive practice-oriented professional training for biologists specialising in molecular biology. A combined education in genetics, cellular biology and molecular biology in Salzburg and organic and analytical chemistry and biophysics in Linz guarantees a future-oriented education. The course provides the students with a deeper understanding of the molecular processes of living cells.
