The aim of the master’s programme in Geology is to deepen and expand the students' geoscientific skills. Graduates of the master’s programme in Geology will have a broad geoscientific education and an individual specialisation through specific elective modules such as geology of commodities and energy supply, geomorphology, environmental geology and hydrogeology, technical geology, crystalline geology and geodynamics, remote sensing and geoinformatics. They will be trained in modern geoscientific field and laboratory methodology and instrumental analysis, in computer-aided data evaluation and in quantitative modelling.
