Content and focus of the degree programme:

The English-taught master’s programme in Medical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology at the IMC Krems lasts four semesters and is designed to provide the students with extensive medical biotechnology knowledge and expertise in biotech product development and manufacturing. An interdisciplinary approach is the key to success in biotechnology. Therefore the students will build on their knowledge in the natural sciences, medical and engineering aspects. You will also enhance your understanding of quality assurance and learn how to combine knowledge from all of these disciplines.
