Definition of the field of studies

Exams

The master’s programme lasts four semesters and includes the following subjects: Concepts of concrete and abstract machines, system-oriented programming with C, programming of mobile appliances, scientific computing 1 (1st semester); Computational intelligence, Ubiquitous Computing project, Scientific computing 2, compulsory electives (2nd semester); Simulation and modelling, Ubiquitous Computing project (practical application, also in direct cooperation with the economy), special topics of the research centres, compulsory electives (3rd semester); master’s thesis, software processes and software quality, IT law (4th semester). The students have to write a master’s thesis.
