Content and focus of the degree programme:

The degree programme in "Integrated Systems and Circuits Design" deals with the production and further development of integrated circuits/microchips. The programme includes 2 semesters of compulsory courses, after which the students can specialise. The practical relevance of this master's programme is emphasised by a project module. In the course of the project module the students will work in small groups in a laboratory with state-of-the-art testing technology.
