In the degree programme the compulsory modules Introduction to archaeology I, introduction to archaeology II, main features of ancient history, material sciences and restoration, archaeological educational dig I, archaeological educational dig II, protection of ancient monuments and documentation, archaeological excursion, epochs of archaeologies I, epochs of archaeologies II, epochs of archaeologies III, epochs of archaeologies IV, epochs of archaeologies V, epochs of archaeologies VI, epochs of archaeologies VII, epochs of archaeologies VIII, concentration in prehistory and early history, concentration in archaeology of the Middle East, concentration in classical archaeology, concentration in archaeology of the Roman provinces, concentration in archaeology of the Middle Ages and contemporary archaeology, documentation and presentation of archaeological research with bachelor thesis, general and comparative archaeology must be studied. Moreover one of the three elective modules General and comparative archaeology, Interdisciplinary skills or Introduction to critical women and gender research must be studied. In the course of the compulsory module Documentation and Presentation a bachelor thesis must be written.
