Against the backdrop of socio-demographic change, digital transformation and the associated challenges for the healthcare system, graduates of the master's programme in Food-Movement-Health are taking on an active role as ‘change agents’, i.e. as professionally trained individuals who support people and organisations in implementing new approaches to promoting health and well-being and initiating transformations. Graduates of the master's programme acquire the necessary cross-disciplinary skills to develop, implement and evaluate evidence-based and innovative health and exercise concepts. These are based on an interdisciplinary understanding of explanatory models and influencing factors in the natural sciences, social sciences, cultural studies and economics.
