The examination subjects of Basics of geology, biostratigraphy, mathematics, physics, chemistry, geophysics, mineralogy and petrology, applied geology as well as basics of geological methods must be studied. The first part of the bachelor's examination consists of examinations in these subjects. The second part of the bachelor's examination consists of an examination before a panel in two of the following subjects according to the student’s choice: Basics of geology, General geology, Geological methods, Applied geology or Basics of geophysics. The main field of examination in the bachelor's examination before the Panel is the ability to integrate subject matters between the sub-areas of the chosen examination subjects.
