The bachelor's degree programme in Elementary Education is based on the three pillars of Educational Science Fundamentals, Elementary Education and Practical Pedagogical Studies. The programme focuses in particular on the scientific and reflective deepening of basic training in educational science and elementary education (educational areas, pedagogical quality, observation and documentation, early childhood development processes, etc.), on leadership (leadership and management skills) and on diversity education (diversity in its various forms, inclusive education, individualisation, talent promotion).
