Early childhood educators accompany children up to the age of seven in their development and organise constructive educational processes. They advise families on their child's development and cooperate with secondary educational institutions. They therefore play an important role in children's educational careers. The Bachelor's degree programme in Elemtentary Education – Inclusion and Leadership builds on professional experience: The degree programme offers elementary educators already working in the field the opportunity to professionalise at an academic level. Graduates are qualified to take on managerial or advisory roles at elementary educational institutions.
