The aim of the teacher training master’s programme in Ethics for secondary schools is to consolidate and further develop subject-specific and didactic skills that enable an independent and well-founded discussion of ethical issues. The knowledge acquired in the bachelor’s programme will be deepened, reflected and discussed. In the course of the study programme the students will gain in-depth skills in general ethics, applied ethics, political philosophy and social philosophy as well as subject didactics. In addition to the basic questions of ethics, the focus of these modules will be on the examination of individually and socially relevant ethical topics from politics, science, medicine, media, law, business, and technology.
