Graduates of the master’s programme will be able to e.g.
- reflect and modify central academic content, theories, development perspectives and areas of application and apply them in their teaching practice
- apply subject-specific procedures and methods in an appropriate way according to the situation
- reflect and modify central didactic content, theories, development perspectives and areas of application and apply them in their teaching practice
- Plan, carry out, reflect and evaluate classroom teaching autonomously for a whole school year according to the quality criteria for teaching.

The framework competences and key skills are specified according to the four pillars of the teacher training programme: subject disciplines, didactics, educational sciences and teaching internship.
Students have to pass examinations in the following modules:
- Advanced English Studies
- Master’s examination
- Master’s thesis
